The truth is, many of the home owners do not even live locally (the cottage I have been renting is owned by a family on the West coast) therefor it stands to reason that if problems/dissatisfications aren't addressed with Lingo, not only will Lingo's not know a problem exists, but neighter will the owner. The place was in need of serious repair since the porch was barely usable, the outside hadn't been painted in at least 20 years and the fence was rotted and needed replacing.
